【摘要】 目的 探讨头孢克肟对小儿细菌感染性疾病的疗效。 方法 100例小儿细菌感染性疾病给予口服头孢克肟，剂量5mg/kg.d，个别患儿可增至8mg/kg.d，将该剂量分为两份，早晚各服一次，疗程5-14天。 结果 100例患儿中，90例用药48小时内体温开始下降，一般情况好转，病灶局部刺激症状消失，有效率为90%。细菌培养呈阳性者，用药4天后，复查细菌培养，只有2例生长细菌。有2例出现轻度皮疹，1例出现腹泻，未见肝功能、肾功能损害。结论 头孢克肟干糖浆口感好，服药方便，安全性高效果好。

Abstract: Goal discuss Cefixime to young child bacteriumin fectious disease curative effect. Method 100 examples youngchildren bacterium infectious disease take orally the Cefixime, dosage 5mg/kg.d, the individual trouble may increase to8mg/kg.d, divides into this dosage two, sooner or later respectivel ywill take a time, the treatment course 5-14 day. Result in100examples troubles, 90 examples the body temperature start with themedicine 48 hours in to drop, the ordinary circumstances changes forthe better, sickness stove partially stimulates the symptom to vanish,effectiveness is 90%. The bacilliculture assumes the masculine gender,after medicine 4 days, reexamination bacilliculture, only some 2examples growth bacterium. Some 2 examples appear the mild skin rash,1 example has the diarrhea, has not seen the liver function, the kidney function harm. Conclusion Cefixime does the syrupfeeling in the mouth well, takes medicine conveniently, the securehigh effect is good.

头胞克肟商品名世福素，由广州白云山制药厂生产，是口服第三代头胞菌素，我院儿科门诊从2005年8月―2006年12月应用头孢克肟治疗儿童急性细菌感染性疾病100例，临床效果良好，结果报告如下：

1、资料与方法

1.1临床资料

2005年8月―2006年12月，我院选用急性细菌感染的小儿100例，应用头孢克肟治疗，其中男54例，女46例，最小年龄22天，最大11岁。支气管肺炎22例，支气管炎28例，急性扁桃体炎20例，感染性腹泻病15例，尿路感染10例，脐炎5例。100例细菌感染性患儿，均有发热、感染中毒症状，血常规白细胞≥10×109/L,中性粒细胞>65%；均在呼吸道、消化道、泌尿道、脐窝等处有细菌感染病灶，所有患儿均作有关体液及分泌物细菌涂片和培养，部分病例呈阳性结果。符合上述标准的100例患儿病种分类见表1表1 100例患儿病种分类

1、2 方法

给予患儿口服头孢克肟，剂量5mg/kg.d，个别患儿剂量可增至8mg/kg.d，将该剂量分为2份，早晚各服1次，疗程为5-14天，根据病情使用。

1、3 临床疗效判定标准

（1）显效：三天内体温下降至正常，临床症状体征明显减轻或消失，实验室检查正常。（2）有效：体温下降1℃以上或5天内体温降至正常，症状和体征有进步，实验室检查有改善。（3）无效：体温、症状、体征、实验室检查无改善或者恶化者。
