门诊妇科病人白带两种不同PH值范围真菌感染状况调查与分析(一)

【摘要】 目的 了解门诊妇科病人两种不同PH值范围真菌感染状况,为临床妇科医生治疗这类病人提供参考资料。方法 收集门诊妇科白带常规检查病人的白带镜检资料,同时对每个送检标本用3.8―5.4的PH精密试纸进行白带的PH直接测试,而后,将所有的检查资料分成PH≤4.5或PH>4.5两个PH值范围进行归类统计分析。结果 总人次中PH≤4.5的白带1128人次,PH>4.5的白带856人次。PH≤4.5的白带中有真菌感染的病人352人次,占PH≤4.5的白带的32%。PH>4.5的白带中真菌感染的病人328人次,占PH>4.5的白带的39%,两个百分率的卡方值为:x2=0.0800 P >0.05。结论 门诊妇科病人白带不同PH范围真菌感染率无显著性差异,两种不同PH状况下存在同样的感染风险。

【Abstract】Goal: Understood that outpatient service gynecology department patient two kind of different PH the value scope fungal infections condition, treats this kind of patient for clinical gynecology department doctor to provide the reference. Method: The collection outpatient service gynecology department leucorrhea routine inspection patient's leucorrhea microscopic exam material, simultaneously delivers examines the specimen to each to carry on the leucorrhea with 3.8-5.4 PH precise indicator papers the PH direct test, then, all inspection material will divide into PH≤4.5 or PH>4.5LIANG the PH value scope carries on the classification statistical analysis. Finally: Always people of PH≤4.5 leucorrhea 1128 people, PH>4.5 leucorrhea 856 people. PH≤4.5 in the leucorrhea has the fungal infections patient 352 people, oupies PH≤4.5 leucorrhea 32%. In the PH>4.5 leucorrhea fungal infections's patient 328 people, oupy PH>4.5 the leucorrhea 39%, two percentage card Fang Zhiwei: x2=0.0800 P>0.05. Conclusion: The outpatient service gynecology department patient leucorrhea different PH scope fungus infection percentage non-significance difference, under two kind of different PH conditions has the similar infection risk.

门诊妇科病人白带常规检查中真菌感染的感染率相当高,但这种感染在正常PH范围与异常PH范围两种状况下是否存在差别?差别有多大?带着这样的问题我们进行了调查,现将调查与分析情况作如下报导:
1 材料与方法
1.1材料
1.1.1 标本来源 收集门诊妇科1984例白带常规镜检结果
1.1.2 PH精密试纸:上海三爱思试剂有限公司(原上海试剂三厂生产的“试三牌”)(PH3.8-5.4)精密试纸。
1.2 方法 对送检白带进行常规检查,并同时对每个送检标本用3.8―5.4的PH精密试纸进行白带的PH直接测试,而后将所得的资料进行归类统计和分析。
2 结果
将其分成PH≤4.5和PH>4.5两种状况,进行两样本率的比较其结果:x2=0.0800;P>0.05,两者没有明显的差别,也就是说两种PH状况下具有同等的感染真菌的机会。
