教学目标:
1、能了解本课有关蔬菜名称的重点词汇:tomato、carrot、cucumber
进一步巩固What’s that in English ? It’s a tomato .
2、能运用本课重点句型和朋友一起挑选蔬菜。
3、通过学生感知、模仿、学习和体验引导学生能在真实情景中灵活运用功能语句进行交际,并培养学生健康的饮食习惯。

教学过程:
1. Revision .
1) Review the words of fruit and vegetables .
kiwi fruit 、watermelon、 lemon 、pineapple、 potato
Look at the cards and read the words .
2) Look at the pictures and ask and answer in pairs .

T: What’s this in English ?
S: It’s a … .
T: What’s that ?

2. To learn the new words .
1) tomato

Read and spell the word .
2) carrot
a. Read and spell the word .

Ask and answer in pairs .
3) cucumber

3. Play a passing game .
Answer the teacher’s questions and pass the cards quickly . When the teacher says “ stop ” , please find a student to ask a question or say a sentence .
