Is there anything more important than health? I don't think so. “Health is the greatest wealth(财富),” wise people say. You can't be good at your studies or work well when you are ill.
If you have a headache, toothache, backache, earache or bad pain in the stomach, if you plain of a bad cough, if you run a high temperature and have a bad cold, or if you suffer from high or low blood pressure, I think you should go to the doctor.
The doctor will examine your throat, feel your pulse, test your blood pressure, take your temperature, sound your heart and lungs, test your eyes, check your teeth or have your chest Xrayed. After that he will advise some treatment, or some medicine. The only thing you have to do is to follow his advice.
Speaking about doctor's advice, I can't help telling you a funny story.
An old gentleman came to see the doctor. The man was very ill. He told the doctor about his weakness, memory loss and serious problems with his heart and lungs. The doctor examined him and said there was no medicine for his disease.
He told his patient to go to a quiet place for a month and have a good rest. He also advised him to eat a lot of meat, drink two glasses of red wine every day and take long walks. In other words, the doctor advised him to follow the rule:“Eat at pleasure, drink with measure and enjoy life as it is.” The doctor also said that if the man wanted to be well again, he shouldn't smoke more than one cigarette a day.
A month later the gentleman came to the doctor's office. He looked cheerful and happy. He thanked the doctor and said that he_had_never_felt_a_healthier_man.
“But you know, doctor,” he said, “it's not easy to begin smoking at my age.”

As adults, we often struggle with being able to find the fortable balance between home life and work. If many adults had learned at an early age how to balance the two it may have been easier when they bee adults. Helping your children learn how to balance their home life and their school life can really prepare them for life. Below you will find some simple suggestions and ideas on how you can teach your children those essential life skills.
Teach them about schedules
In the opinion of many mothers, children are never too young to start learning about the benefits of schedules. When children are able to start reading, you can introduce them to schedules, and help them to anize their day. As your children get older they will get a lot more homework, and they will need to be able to get it all done. It can be difficult to get it done when they are at home, and want to kick back and relax after a full day of school. Why not help your children set up a schedule that they can follow when they arrive home from school?
Take time to relax
Just like adults, children need to learn how to just sit back, and relax even if it is just for a few minutes. When they return home from school, before they do anything, give them a chance to relax. They may not want to, but just a few minutes of down time can really make a difference. It is also a good habit to learn when they are young so that they can apply it when they are adults.
Staying focused
Once they have started doing their homework, you will want to help them stay focused on what they are doing. Teaching them how to stay focused when they are at home will help them when they are in school. They will quickly find that they have more time to get other fun things done, if they can improve their ability to stay focused.
