raining hard.

(3)表示方位：
in(范围之内)

to(范围之外)

(4)表经过某地:
through 穿过：through the valley/village/forest
穿过山谷/村庄/ 森林
past 从旁边经过:walk past the office 从办公旁边经过
across 从一边到另一边:swim across the river 游过河流；
walk across the park 横穿公园
(5)表在……之间:
among三者以上：
They divided the apples among themselves.
between两者之间;也可表三者以上每两者之间：
