我非常愿意住在城市，而不愿意住在乡下。 乡下的生活非常单调，不像城市有那么多的机会。显而易见，多数人同意我的观点，因为大部分人选择住在城市。

在城市，青少年有很多事可做。他们可以常去看电影，因为在小小地区就有好多家影院，看影片选择的余地也很大。此外，还有许多其他活动。年轻人可以去溜旱冰或滑冰。他们可去滑板场、游泳池或去游乐中心玩电子游戏机。

在城里过日子，选择的余地很大。譬如，有许多饭店可供你挑选。如果想吃，每天晚上你都可享用来自不同国家的饭菜。

在城里，你可以见到许多有趣的人，他们从事各行各业，来自许多不同的国家。如，在我的学校，就有来自印度、一些太平洋岛国、希腊、意大利、菲律宾、越南和黎巴嫩的学生。

城里的设施配备也都很容易找到。无论你需要什么，在附近都能找到。每个近郊住宅区都有婴儿保健诊所，警察局比比皆是，住处几公里外就有青年俱乐部。

城市生活刺激、方便、变幻莫测。总有很多事情可以做；很多东西可以看；很多人可以见。我喜欢住我所住的这个城市，不想住到别处去。
