Second,beimpartialisanotherrequirement.Asateacher,heshouldnotdividestudentsintogoodonesandbadonessinceeachstudenthasuniquecharacteristicandvalue.Therefore,nomatterwhatkindofstudentsheencounters,heshouldtreatthemimpartially,withoutanybias.

Finally,myidealteacherisonewhodoesnotonlyteachstudentshisspecializedknowledgebutalsocangivestudentssomeguidanceaboutlifeandabouthowtoactashumanbeings.Thisguidancehasagreateffectonstudents’outlookonlifeandsenseofworth.

Tosumup,anidealteachershouldnotonlypayattentiontotheachievementshisstudentsget,butalsoputemphasisondevelopingstudents’correctviewsonlifeandsenseofworth.

总而言之，理想的教师不仅要关注自己学生获得的成就，也要强调培养学生正确的人生观和价值观。
