Intheeraofinformationandtechonology,thereareallkindsofrecreationalactivities.Somepeoplethinkthoserecreationalactivitiesaregreatandnecessary,becausetheycanhelppeoplerelaxfromthehardworkandstudy.Someoftheactivities,suchashiking,jogging,canhelprelaxphysically;whilesomeofthem,suchassurfingtheInter,canhelppeoplerelaxmentally.

However,somepeoplethinkthatsomanykindsofrecreationalactivitiesmayhaveabadeffectonourlives.Somepeoplemaynotresistsometemptationsfromthoseactivities,andindulgethemselvesinthoseactivities.Atlasttheyareluredawayfromtheirstudyortheirwork.

Inmyopinion,weshouldpaymoreattentiontotheadvantagesofvariousrecreationalactivitiesandmakethemostofthem.Meanwhile,weshouldlearnhowtousethoseactivitiespositively,andmakethemahelpfultoolforourdevelopment.
