Asforme,anunfettableexperienceofmineisthefirsttimeIjoinedtheRedCross.Wetookboxes,andwalkedonthestreet.Wefoundsomepeopleonthestreet,thenaskedthemtoraisesomemoneyforRedCross.Atfirst,weweresosurprisedthatjustafewpeoplewouldraisesomemoneyforRedCross,andsomepeopleeventhoughtwewerecheat!Butweweren'tupset.Wewentonandworkedforthewholeday.

Duringthatday,weallfelttiredbuthappy,becauseweraisedmuchmoney.Welookedattheboxesandsmiled.

Atfirst,Iwasafraidofdivinginthewater.AndIfeltunfortableinthewater.Butfathersaiditdoesn’tmatterandhewouldprotectme.ThenIbegantoswim,butIcouldn’tswimforwardatall.Itmademeupset.Thenfathertoldmehowtomove,howtostretchoutmyhandsandlegs.Slowly,Icouldmovealittle.Infact,itwasnotthateasy.
