我的教学故事
——班主任工作和英语教学所感
闭上眼睛，几年的教学过往历历在目。曾有的苦辣，曾有的酸涩亦如昨日的风雪，而经历历练的我，收获亦如今日的初霁。
刚刚走上教师的岗位，胸中涌动着自豪，紧张和无比的热情。看着这些刚刚感知自己青春的少年们，自豪自己可以引导他们的灵魂，传授他们解决问题的知识。社会上，每个人，每一种职业，在我，只有人格的高尚与否，而没有工作的贵贱，每一个人在这个世界上，都有他自己对社会的贡献，并不一定学高为栋梁。自己可以帮他们树立良好的价值观，道德观，真是暗自自豪呢；紧张，当然紧张，面对着这样一群知识的探索者，一点也不敢轻心，不能大意，不可错用一个语句和观念，我的肩上，担着从来没有的责任和使命，而且这是当仁不让的；一种全新的职业，一种人际的交流沟通引导的职业，一种值得全心去感受的职业，热情已经充满了我的胸怀！
以为凭着自己的年轻完全可以缩短和孩子们的距离，以为凭着自己严谨的备课可以让孩子们学习更扎实，以为凭着自己刚出校园对新教改可以接受更快。可是一切仿佛扭了个，有些学生开始注意力不集中，有些问题不耐其烦的讲了无数次，照错不误，个别学生见了我，悄悄的从旁边溜走。
一种失败的沮丧几乎要击垮了我，我自责的厉害，几乎不能吃下饭去，不是好老师，失败的老师，我埋在自己的手臂里，难过的很！如果你觉得付出全心，可是学生们的心不再和你保持一致，那是多么
多么的让人伤心啊。心是最不能把握的，感情是谁也不能命令的，难道非要做从前规范课堂的方法，非要强制孩子们吗？让他们如绵羊一样乖乖听话，唯唯诺诺吗？难道能用强令逼所有的学生心向你吗？不能！
是学生的错吗？你不是灵魂的引导者吗？这份白卷是不是我——一个做老师的失职？
我的答案，是肯定的！
苦苦思索，查找教学资料，观摩其他教师的课，终于找到了！教师不是学者，而是艺术家。光要自己学富五车还不算，怎么能让你的学生也学富五车，这是关键！怎么把自己懂的知识传授给学生，其中的方法才是症结所在，一堂精彩的课，不可能是枯燥的，如果老师付出了这份认真，课堂上便有等着滋润的幼苗和沃土，那么让我洒下自己的心血吧，一个好农夫，当田就在你面前的时候，你不能再去做梦！那么就撇下那些自以为是吧！让我从头再来！
阅读更多的资料，总结他人的精华，灯下的夜和生命，都交付给备课的精细和准备！学问是一张网，必须一个一个连接起来，英语是一种语言，初次接触必然觉得枯燥，而且与我们现实的生活，行、走、坐、卧，没有太大的必然联系，毕竟我们没有语言环境，学生接触英语的时间不过是每天的45分钟而已。这短短的45分钟凭什么能与其他与学生生活与我们中华民族的社会有关的学科相比更吸引学生
呢？空口讲大道理莫如一堂生动的课！应该从学生的角度去备课，怎么能吸引他们的注意力，引发他们的兴趣，这是我每天备课的关键！
答案已经来了。追求和执着，在课堂那一堂又一堂的全力付出的燃烧中，得到了肯定。
从事班主任和英语教学三年来，喜怒哀乐、酸甜苦辣的滋味都尝了个遍。学生整体成绩总是平平时，心理是酸酸的；学生喜欢你，分到别的班都要转到你班上来，心理是甜甜的；学生很多好奇的句子叫你翻译成英语，有时不能立即作答，心理是苦苦的；学生中的个别问题学生，让你想尽了一切办法，心理总是辣辣的。尽管如此，但我依然要利用有限的资源，创造出更多的财富，让我的班主任工作和英语教学取得更大的成绩，我要让我的班主任工作和英语教学充满“爱”，我要把我的“爱”撒向每一个学生，撒向英语教学！于是我每一天都在想办法更新自己，每一刻都在探索用什么样的方法教孩子们英语，他们会更加理解英语，更快学会英语知识，更进一步对英语充满兴趣，从而更加主动去学习英语。我一直朝着这个目标奋斗。
现在总结起来，我的英语教学充满“爱”体现在三个方面：一、爱在“探索”。二、爱在“国内”。三、爱在“国外”。通过这“爱”的教学我自己也在迅速成长，英语教学也取了较大的成绩。更重要的是：沿着目标要继续加油！
一、爱在“探索”。“探索”，我这里的探索指的是老师自己的专业水平的学习及教学方法的研究。爱在“探索”就是对学生的爱，贵在提高自己的专业水平和教学水平、教学能力。学生拥有你这样一位一流的英语老师，他们英语就学得扎实、学得快乐，学的健康。学得扎实、学得快乐，学的健康这就是充满爱的学习。换句话说，你通过你的专业水平和教学水平、教学能力把爱潜移默化、淋漓尽致地给了你的学生。
第一，爱贵在提高专业水平。虽然是老师，可我还在不断地努力的学习，提高自己的专业水平，要求自己做一条小溪，哪怕只给学生一滴水。我主要通过两方面来学习，一方面利用暑假自费上专业英语培训班，系统的学习英语知识，上英语口语培训班，提高自己的英语口语水平。利用课外，假日期间通过书本阅读英语文章，加大词汇量，增强英语理解能里；通过光碟学习国际音标，纠正及规范自己的英语发音水平，提高自己的英语口语水平。通过听磁带，不断训练自己的听力。我下一个目标是重点想办法训练自己的英语口语水平。
第二，爱贵在研究课堂的教学方法。每刻都在思考这个问题。对于英语老师来说，真是太重要了。初中的英语知识算是简单的，但是再简单的知识，我也要通过更好的方法让学生有兴趣学，容易学，自觉学，乐学，爱学，学得快乐。我会采用中国古代故事与英语课堂相结合；知识容易时加点每学的知识点；知识难的时候课堂内容减少；课堂上课练相结合（每位学生准备好一本一课三练）；一个单元的知识整体规划；强调自主学习；强调多练；等等。
举个例子：七年级开学的英语教学及七年级上册预备篇三个单元的教学。现在孩子步入初中已有四年学习英语的功底，预备篇三个单元，甚至是前面几个单元都是很简单的，很多在小学已经接触到了，所以，我开始的英语教学就有两个设计：一是英语48个音素的学习。二是渗透学生学习语法，强调语法的重要性。
英语48个音素的教学中，通过比喻让学生知道英语辅音相当于汉语中的声母，元音相当于汉语中的韵母，单词的读音就是这样辅音和元音一起拼出来的。我会把元音因素的学习分为短元音、长元音、双元音，用准确的嘴型和形象的方法让学生来模仿，比如说ai，我一方面让学生看我的嘴型，另一方面我会说，它的音就像发叹气的声音。
我会把辅音因素的学习分为发音跟字母相同的音标和发音跟字母不同的音标来学习。最后我会强调因素读降调，所以会讲一下英语中的高平调、低平调、声调及降调。
预备篇三个单元的教学，我会把它们综合、贯通在一起来教。1、26个字母的学习，我会讲一遍写的方法，然后采用过关式教学方法，班上每位学生写给我看，我认为过关了，就可以，没过关的，就要细心纠正及错误，课外继续写，一遍两遍甚至三四遍直到过关为止。
2、问好的口语，我会在潜移默化的渗透在提学生问的时候教。
3、“What’sthisinEnglish？”“Whatcolorisit？”句型（两个课时），我会在课堂重点点一下此类句型的定义、回答、读音，这里be动词的学习（be动词的顺口溜I用am，you用are；is连着hesheit；thisthat用is；复数主语全用are）后面的学习不断巩固，这样学生才能真正掌握be动词的用法；颜色的学习（颜色顺口溜red红旗随风飘；white白墙亮堂堂；black黑法披肩上；blue蓝天多晴朗；yellow香蕉黄衣裳；green绿色生命强）就这样，我会利用儿歌的形式来教，让他们印象深刻。
4、单词的学习，我会在上这个单元之前把单词讲解一下，要求同学自己先拼，我再点拨，要求学生记住单词的词性，要求学生把单词先写一遍，并预习课文，把单词在课文中找出来。
5、学生的练习，每堂课我都会留时间做，学生做完后，把不懂的钩出来，下一次课准备提问，我来讲解。预备篇三个单元的教学，大概用三—四个课时（其中一个课时听力）。
