Whichismoreimportantinlife，knowledgefromthebooksyouread，orpersonalexperienceyougaininreality?Theanswermayvaryfrompersontoperson.Theyoung，educatedmayemphasizetheformer，andtheoldmaystressthelater.Butinmyopinion，theyareofthesameimportance.

Experienceispriceless.Howtobeeanefficientsecretary?Howtoprepareforyourfirstchildtoeintotheworld?Thereissomuchexperienceweneedincareers，inlifeandeveninacademicstudies.Ithelpsonedealwiththeproblemswitheaseandconfidence.Especiallyactivitiesandtoaumulateexperienceofdifferentkindsismorecrucial.

Experience，however，islimitedintermsoftimeandspace.Forohing，itisimpossibleforanyooexperiencealltheimportanteventsandmeetallthefamouspeople.Foranother，asthespeedwithwhichskillsareobsoleteandnewproblemscropupisunprecedentedbecauseofthefastdevelopmentofsociety，experienceisfarlessadequate.Dependingtoomuchonitonlyleadstonarrow-mindednessandprejudice.

哪一个更重要的生活，知识从你读的书，或个人经验，你在现实中获得?答案可能因人而异。年轻的受教育者可能强调前者，而老年人则强调后者。但在我看来，他们是同样重要的。

经验无价。如何成为一名高效的秘书?如何准备你的第一个孩子来到这个世界?我们在职业、生活、甚至学术研究中都有很多经历。它帮助人们轻松和自信地处理问题。特别是活动和积累不同种类的经验更为关键。

然而，经验是有限的时间和空间。一方面，任何人都不可能经历所有重要的事件，遇到所有的名人。另一方面，由于技能的过时和新的问题的出现是前所未有的，因为社会的快速发展，经验远远不够充分。过分依赖只会导致狭隘和偏见。
