本课时是新标准英语六年级上册第五模块第一单元CanyoubemyChinesepenfriend?课文通过Daming、Simon、Laura的对话向同学们介绍了“怎样交笔友以及怎样介绍自己的笔友”，对话内容较为简练，语言实用性较强，并且课堂可操作性也较好。
