再过几天就是春节了，家家都在准备着年货，打扫着卫生，迎接着这个节日的到来。

走在街上，人人脸上都洋溢着喜庆的笑容，手里提着大包小包，不用说肯定是新年的衣服。商场里，也是人满为患:有小朋友牵着父母的手一起买衣服的，有夫妻俩甜甜蜜蜜买衣服的，还有儿女牵着长辈有说有笑买衣服的，总之大家都是喜气洋洋的。

来到农村，杀猪宰羊……以各自的风俗庆春节，在有的地方还开始了集市，他喊一声买饮料，他喊一声买衣服，这边喊减价了，那边喊买二送一了，各个东西应有尽有，真是琳琅满目，热闹极啦。

到了春节的大年三十晚上，春节晚会就开始了，演小品、说相声、唱歌什么节目都有，一个节目演完台下掌声一片，直到三更半夜人们都困了，节目才完。节目完了，可人们还兴致勃勃，因为还没发压岁钱、放烟花呢!等干完这一切，差不多十二点了，小孩子们都拿着压岁钱去睡觉了大人要闲聊一阵才去睡。

第二天，人们又得起个大早，带着买好的礼物去走亲戚，亲戚多的要走好几天呢，少的也至少要走一天多。

春节真好，可以让人们忙碌的生活得到放松，也可以为大家枯燥的事情添上一些乐趣。

春节是我国的传统节日，人们把春节叫做过年。在我的家乡潮州，过年就有一些特别的风俗。

在除夕之前，人们都要忙着四件事：谢神、备料做粿、扫舍和买年货。潮俗，每年冬至过后，家里要谢神。备料做“红桃发粿”。是将大米和糯米分别浸于水中几小时，使米质松疏，捞干后于石臼中打成细粉，晒干。这就是做“红桃法粿”的主料。扫舍要选择吉日，是一件不寻常的事。是日，各家主妇最忙，把屋子的里里外外打扫干净，对一些长年少用之物都要清洗。

十二月二十四日，就是传说中的“神上天”之期。是日，家家户户都要拜“糖桃”。一方红纸，上面用软糖摆成一粒桃子的形态，成为“糖桃”。此物沾住“杜王爷”的嘴，让其“上天说好话，落地保平安”。过年还要拜“老爷”，也就是祭神。祭神的祭品有三样：“红桃发粿”、“鼠壳粿”、“菜头粿”。“红桃发粿”就是用绿豆去壳，然后把豆磨成粉，接着蒸熟，做粿馅料。“菜头粿”就是萝卜糕。

过年祭祖，要到除夕日下午。过年，家里已成年有收入的小辈，要给长辈送“压岁钱”，长辈也要对未成年的小辈给“压岁钱”，户户如此，体现了尊老惜幼的美德。

在正月里，潮汕地区都游神祈福的活动，就是把庙里面的神座抬到大街上游行，人们要放鞭炮、烧香、接福。这就是潮州春节的习俗。
