西塘变成了“垃圾场”。塘面上漂着许多垃圾袋，有时还漂着臭南瓜。水面下全都是黑黑的泥和人们丢的果皮。怎样才能让西塘不受污染呢?

从现在开始，我们要清理塘底的污泥，不让塘水流进西塘里，我们要塘边放一些垃圾桶，还要立一些告示牌，告诉塘边商店的老板和过往的行人不要乱丢垃圾了。
